Rob Mitchell serves as the Executive Director of ATLAS Ministry. Rob’s career experiences have provided a strong foundation for this position. He has previously served as an officer in the U.S. Navy and as an executive with the Walt Disney Company over a 20 year period. Rob has also served as President of Reynolds Plantation and as a partner with a community development group. Rob is a graduate of Georgia Tech, received a Masters Degree in Management from Rollins College, and graduated from the Harvard Business School Program for Management Development. Rob competed as a member of the U.S. Olympic Canoe and Kayak Team in Munich, Germany. He and his wife, Karen, moved from Orlando to Greene County in 1999, and they thoroughly enjoy living in this area. Karen is also very active with ATLAS as a volunteer focused on our Early Childhood Initiative. Rob and Karen have three grown children, all married, and two grandsons.
Jim Meadows has owned and led businesses in the healthcare management and strategic planning services industry. A retired CPA and Chairman Emeritus with Meadows and Ohly, LLC, Jim was awarded the Healthcare Real Estate Insights 2015 Lifetime Achievement Award as a pioneer in healthcare real estate.
He serves as treasurer of ATLAS Ministry, Inc. in Greensboro and coordinated the HOPE Youth Initiative from its inception until 2010. Jim is a member of Grace Fellowship Church in Greensboro, Georgia.

Bo Fears is a retired executive with 27 years in the packaging industry, having served in a variety of leadership roles in international paper companies. Prior to the packaging industry, Bo served seven years as a United States Marine helicopter pilot in the Viet Nam war. Mr. Fears earned his B.S. degree in Physics from North Georgia College.
Prior to joining the ATLAS Board, Bo has served on Boards of Directors for the Chamber of Commerce, the Columbus Symphony, and Doctor’s Hospital in Columbus, Georgia.
Theresa Kemp is a retired administrative director of a major Dallas law firm, with a background in administration, human resources and law firm management. In addition to ATLAS Ministry, she currently serves as adviser to the Board of Directors for Greene County Habitat for Humanity, where she previously served as President and Chairman of the Board. She is also involved with the St. Vincent de Paul organization and is an active member of Christ Our King and Savior Catholic Church. She has a BA degree in Psychology and a MS degree in Human Development.
Dr. Joan V. Antone, a 40+ year veteran of the public educational system, is a former administrator for the Greene County School System. Serving as principal of Greensboro Elementary School for 20 years, she held one of the longest tenures for any administrator in the district to date. During the span of her career, Dr. Antone touched the lives of thousands of children and several educators and families in the surrounding communities. Now retired, Dr. Antone is a college professor, alongside her husband, Mr. Nicholas L. Antone, Jr. - a fellow 40+ year public educational system veteran educator at Georgia Military College in Madison, Georgia. They are also members of the Historic Springfield Baptist Church in Greensboro. A life member of the Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority, Incorporated, Reynolds Plantation board member, a TenderCare board member, and Tri-County Mentoring Coalition founding member, Joan believes in continually providing service to those in need around her.
Linda McGhee is a lifelong resident of Greene County who worked with the Greene County School System for 34 years. She taught third grade for 17 years and was the school wide social worker for 17 years. She has a BA degree in Sociology and a Master's degree in Early Childhood Education and in School/Home Services as well as a Specialists degree in General Education. Mrs. McGhee also serves on the board for Habitat for Humanity and St. Mary's Good Samaritan Hospital Volunteer Auxiliary.
Mike Daniel is a retired Veterinarian, founder of NOBL Laboratories, Inc., a veterinary biotech industry leader, and principle and partner of several businesses. He graduated with a Bachelor of Science-Agriculture and a Doctor of Veterinary Medicine from the University of Georgia.
Mike recently told his wife, Joyce, that he must absolutely “go” before she does because she has literally spoiled him and always makes him look better than he really is. She is affectionately referred to as AJ (Amazing Joyce). They have been married 40 years. God blessed them with two wonderful children, Wes and Kate, who live with their families in Atlanta and Alaska.
Mike is a member of Grace Fellowship Church and currently serves as the chair of the board of ATLAS Ministry.
