Director of Curriculum & Instruction

Zander joined the Atlas team in 2025 as Director of Curriculum and Instruction. In his role, he works alongside teachers and staff to shape what is being taught across all classes and how it is being taught, with a desire to see every student genuinely encounter God's word in the classroom. His heart for 2026 is that every class at Atlas would be a place where students experience the joy of Christ and walk away changed.

Before joining Atlas, Zander served as Associate Pastor at Redeemer Church of Madison, where he spent three years pouring into young people through youth ministry and discipleship. Writing curriculum and watching it come to life in students' hearts became something he grew to love, and that same passion carried right over into his work at Atlas. His connection to the ministry actually began well before he officially joined, as his wife had been a part of the Atlas family for two years prior, so walking through the doors for the first time already felt like coming home. Zander is grateful every day to be part of what God is doing in the Greensboro community through Atlas, and counts it a true blessing to witness the life change happening in the students and families he gets to serve.
